• The user has paid money into the TOOBILLONG bank account as stipulated in the invoice generated through the website and sent the relevant proof of payment to TOOBILLONG.COM.
• The user has picked up product(s) from the TOOBILLONG showroom / office/ store (whichever is applaicable) or sent their agents to pick up the product(s) at which time the risk of loss and title of products purchased will pass to the buyer.
